Stop Funding Genocide, Josh Riley!

A campaign of nonviolent resistance to US imperialism

As part of our commitment to love one another and do what we can to end the US funded genocide in Gaza, members of the Ithaca Catholic Worker, the Downtown Berrigan Collective, and others have been attempting to share our concerns with Congressman Josh Riley over the last year or so. He and his staff have not responded to our calls, emails, and our personal visits to his Binghamton, NY office.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please consider a trip to Josh Riley’s Binghamton office to try to meet with his staff or, if locked out as we have been, to record your message standing outside the office door and then post it on social media. We are suggesting that folks travel to Binghamton in affinity groups. For instance, on Wednesday, December 3, seven grandmothers attempted to meet with Riley’s staff in Binghamton and were locked out of the office. We proceeded to peacefully and nonviolently share our messages to Josh Riley and then left. We recorded everything and have posted on social media. We have also emailed our messages to Josh Riley.

We are looking for musicians, mothers, fathers, carpenters, dishwashers, teachers, health care workers, faith leaders, quilt makers, etc. to try to meet with staff at Riley’s office. As many groups as possible! Let us know if you are interested and when you are going to Binghamton. You can email us at pdmcwhouse@gmaill.com or call 607 272 6482 for more information and/or to let us know what you are planning.
