ADULT WAIVER

I understand that running a road/trail race is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associate with running this event, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including high heat or humidity, the conditions of the trail, all such risks being known to and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf, waive and release the Peter De Mott Peace Trot officials and volunteers, their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I agree to withdraw from this event if so instructed by a race official.
